All face-to-face meetings will transition to teleconference
Any scheduled meetings will take place as scheduled however by conference call. If you have a meeting already on the calendar, you will receive call-in instructions in advance of the meeting.

With our internet-based phone system, if you leave a voicemail with any employee, they will receive it. Likewise, all emails will be responded to as they normally are as employees have email access.
Staff will continue to be readily accessible and available to assist members for normal business inquiries and assistance - electronically. Each employee has access to emails and voicemails.
